You can get back to nature by taking one of the beautiful nature walks, or exploring the island by 4WD. The choices are endless — do much or do little, the choice is yours. We highly recommend the amazing sunsets the Western side of the island has to offer.

If the stunning sunsets and nature reserves weren’t enough, your K’gari holiday house is also the perfect place to spot wildlife. From the stunning array of birds singing from the tree tops, to the local dingoes and goannas. We’ve even spotted wallabies from the house’s window.
A Family’s Holiday Home
Step into Sabbia On Fraser, your K’gari Island holiday house. It’s a stunning, newly renovated home boasting amazing ocean views, beautiful breezes, and a gorgeous outdoor deck — to soak it all up on. The house is perfectly equipped for whatever adventure you’re planning as well. We have recently upgraded the house, with new tiles throughout, an additional bathroom entry and new paintwork.
We have an outdoor shower — to avoid bringing sand into your home. There’s plenty of space for 4WDs, boats, and any kayaks or canoes you’d like to bring along. Plus, if you’re going fishing, there’s a fish filleting bench fit with a light and water.
Room Sleeps Up to 12 Guests
Your new K’gari holiday house features:
- A beautiful mezzanine floor sleeps three guests.
- Three Bedrooms Downstairs (two with a queen-sized bed in each, one with two single beds).
- The downstairs area, outside of the bedrooms holds an extra three beds with side tables
- Two bathrooms and two toilets.
- Tiled, to encourage those cooling ocean breezes.
- Modern kitchen appliances and plenty of fridge and freezer space.
- An outdoor fire pit with seating — perfect for toasting marshmallows!
